We first heard about Heilman at a state convention and have used their material for at least the past 6 years. We use it for both patching and paving. When we pave it is much easier to use than hot mix for the amount of time you have to work it. We can also run the cold mix with a smaller crew which is important when you have a smaller department like we do. I can show you holes patched with the HEI-WAY® that are over four years old and still look good.
