HEI-WAY® material is a high performance stockpile cold patching material, very versatile, and can be used in adverse conditions.
According to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the one most important component of pothole repair is spending the extra money to use a high performance patching material. The FHWA found that high performance products resulted in better road repairs.
